The average penis size of Americans: aggregating sizes of different races
An Indian does not get a bigger penis because he is living in the USA. The penis size of an African does not change because he is living in America. The genital size is genetically determined. It depends on the race, not on the country
The penis size of each race is different. Although Africans have been living in the USA for hundreds of years, their average penis size would not change in generations if they make children within the same race.
Apart from a few exceptions, Indians marry only Indians, Africans marry Africans. If there is no genetical change, there would not be any change of the penis size even people have been living many generations in the United States

The methodology of the survey of determining the average penis size for Americans should be different from that is used in other countries. Unlike India or China, the USA is a very multi-racial and multi-ethnic country. Native Americans, Africans, White Europeans, Hispanic, and Asians are the main races living in America. The penis size depends on the race, not on the country of residence.

By normal mathematical calculation, we get the average penis size of American people is 15 cm (5.87 inches)
